Points for football are based on regular-season standings.

Navy has won the past three overall Corvias Patriot League Presidents' Cup titles, and has captured the crown in four of the past five years. Bucknell has won the overall title 18 times, while Army West Point is the only other team in League history to win the overall cup with four trophies.
