The first round of Patriot League softball weekly awards went to two student-athletes from Bucknell and one from Colgate. Bucknell's Lauren Litts was named Patriot League Player of the Week, while teammate Mary Pavlovich took home Patriot League Rookie of the Week. The Patriot League Pitcher of the Week went to Colgate's Kelsey Nordstrom.

Player of the Week
Lauren Litts, Bucknell Sr., C, East Stroudsburg, Pa.
Litts batted .500 at the Charlotte Green & White Tournament two weeks ago, gathering seven hits, four runs and eight RBI. Her .929 slugging percentage was bolstered by three doubles and one home run. The senior catcher's round tripper moved her into a tie for first all-time at Bucknell with 17 home runs and in a tie for sixth on the Patriot League's career chart. Against Eastern Kentucky, Litts posted her first career four-hit game and her fourth career four-RBI game.
Pitcher of the Week
Kelsey Nordstrom, Colgate Sr., Salina, Kan.
Nordstrom was the winning pitcher of record in Colgate's 6-1 victory over Alcorn State, throwing five three-hit innings, while striking out six batters. The senior hurler also fanned six batters in 3.1 innings of work against Northwestern State.
Rookie of the Week
Mary Pavlovich, Bucknell Fr., 3B/C, Johnstown, Pa.
Pavlovich batted .357 two weeks ago in her collegiate debut, starting in each of Bucknell's first four games of the season. The freshman Bison scored five runs and batted in four, while recording two doubles and one home run over four contests.
Honorable Mention
Lindsey Gerheim, Army
Sr., 3B, Alpharetta, Ga.
Gerheim hit .375 over six games...Had five runs, six RBI, one double and three home runs.
Ashley Beans, Bucknell
So., OF, Hanover, Pa.
Hit safely in all four of Bucknell's games this season...Had three hits versus Eastern Kentucky.
Meg Muirhead, Bucknell
So., P, Glendale, Calif.
Pitched two scoreless innings of relief against North Carolina A&T...Fanned two batters.
Kortney Hannah, Colgate
So., 2B, Vacaville, Calif.
Batted .600 last week...Recorded three runs and two RBI.
Taryn Hanley, Lehigh
Jr., 1B, Bremerton, Wash.
Hit .364 in five contests, including a matchup with No. 18 Georgia...Notched two RBI and a double.
