Rain, Rain Go Away
Four of the Patriot League's five rowing schools were unable to compete last week due to the cancellation of the Head of the Schuylkill in Philadelphia, Pa., for weather reasons.
Colgate managed to race last weekend, competing at the Head of the Fish in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Bucknell Bucknell was scheduled to race in the Head of the Schuylkill that was cancelled due to weather last weekend...The Bison have concluded their fall season and return to action March 24 at the Murphy Cup.
Colgate Colgate competed in six events at the Head of the Fish last Saturday...The open eight had a third-place finish with a time of 11:43.99, while the women's open four finished seventh with a time of 13:01.58...The Colgate B boat clocked in a 13:23.98 for 13th place out of 35 boats...Colgate also claimed third in the open JV eight, clocking in a 12:46.34...Competing in their first race of the season was the novice eight, which beat out 16 other boats for a 15th-place finish (13:46.95)...Also competing for the Raiders were seniors Kinsey Carlson and Lindsey Hochman in the open 1x and lightweight 1x, which was the first head race in a single by both women...Carlson finished eighth with a time of 15:39.20 and Hochman was fourth in her event at 14:46.20.
Holy Cross The Crusaders were unable to compete last week with the cancellation of the Head of the Schuylkill...Holy Cross will be back in action this spring on March 17 at the Jesuit Invitational.
Lehigh Lehigh, also schedule to compete in the cancelled Head of the Schuylkill last week, will continue its fall slate this weekend at the Atlantic City Regatta.
Navy Last week Navy was unable to compete due to the cancellation of the Head of the Schuylkill...The Mids return to the water this weekend at the Head of the Occoquan.
