2007 Patriot League Rowing Webguide

Center Valley, Pa. - Bucknell edged out Navy for first place in the 2007 Patriot League Preseason Poll with 29 points. Both the Bison and Mids, who earned 28 points, garnered five first-place votes. The preseason poll is votes on by head coaches and sports information directors, who can not vote for their own teams.

Bucknell is the defending Patriot League champion, while Navy won the inaugural title in 2005.

Colgate (19 points), Lehigh (14) and Holy Cross (10) round out the poll.

The Patriot League will return to Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass. for the 2007 Patriot League Championship, the site of the two previous championships.

The Patriot League Championship is a full-field event that will take place on Sunday, April 29. The championship consists of three races: Varsity Four, Second Varsity Eight and Varsity Eight.
