BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh placed eight student-athletes on the 2005 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester, as announced by the league on Monday afternoon. Included in that list was the 2005 Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year, senior Barrie Cominsky, which was announced last month. The top performers in the classroom were senior Sarah Starsoneck and freshman Sarah Walters, as both registered a 3.70 grade point average. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain a minimum GPA of 3.20 and be a starter or key player in his/her sport.

Other Mountain Hawks that made the honor roll were: Amy Chamberlain, Cominsky, Libby Gill, Lissy King, Kristen Sherry, and Seana Smith.

In all there were 63 women's lacrosse student-athletes selected to the honor rolls, led by Cominsky, the Scholar Athlete of the Year.
