Center Valley, Pa. -- Bucknell's senior goalkeeper Alyssa DeLorenz, the 2011 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year, is one of 97 women's lacrosse student-athletes named to this year's Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

DeLorenz, an accounting major, earned a 4.0 grade-point average for the second straight spring semester at Bucknell. She is joined on the Academic Honor Roll by five other student-athletes with 4.0 GPAs for the spring. DeLorenz's teammate, freshman Amanda Ayers, also picked up a 4.0 this past semester. Eliza Morgan, a sophomore business administration major, and Paige Lin, a junior interdisciplinary studies major, both had 4.0 GPAs for American during the spring semester. Double majoring in English and political science, Holy Cross senior Maryalice Gill posted a 4.0, as did Navy's Kiersten King, a junior studying oceanography.

American led all Patriot League schools with 22 student-athletes making the Honor Roll list. Lafayette and Holy Cross were a close second with 15 student-athletes apiece. Bucknell and Navy each contributed 14 names to the list, while Lehigh had nine student-athletes and Colgate had eight.

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average during the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
