Patriot League Announces Women's Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll
Bucknell's Alyssa DeLorenz , the 2009 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year, is one of 78 women's lacrosse student-athletes named to this year's Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Joining DeLorenz on the Academic Honor Roll are three other student-athletes with 4.0 grade-point averages for the spring semester, including American's Kira Sonberg, Holy Cross' Cami Thompson and Lehigh's Sarah Fundin.

Two Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Players Named IWLCA/Under Armour North-South All-Stars
The IWLCA has released the rosters for the IWLCA/Under-Armour North-South Senior All-Star Games for Divisions I, II, and III. The games will take place on Saturday, June 13 at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, Pa. as part of the Champions' Cup tournament. Among the participants in the Division I game will be Bucknell's Bonnie Buechel and Colgate's Molly Carroll, both of whom will compete for the North team.

Four Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Players Selected to All-Region Teams
The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has honored four Patriot League student-athletes with the naming of their annual All-Region teams. Lehigh sophomore Lauren Dykstra was selected to the first team in the Mid-Atlantic region, Bucknell senior Bonnie Buechel was selected to the Mid-Atlantic second team, and Colgate teammates senior Maddie Kearns and sophomore Colleen Bubnack were selected to the Northeast region second team

Colgate Falls to #2 Maryland In Opening Round of NCAA Tournament
Kerri Ellen Johnson and Sara Mollison each scored three goals as second-ranked Maryland posted a convincing 20-4 victory over Colgate in the opening round of the NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Tournament, Sunday afternoon at the UMD Field Hockey and Lacrosse complex. The Raiders' season came to a close at 14-5.
