Center Valley, Pa. - The Patriot League Field Hockey and Women's Soccer Championships will each be contested this weekend, and fans that can't make it out to the games can watch each event in its entirety on Patriot League All-Access and follow along through the League's social media outlets.
The Patriot League All-Access package can be purchased for a monthly rate of $7.95 by clicking here or visiting www.patriotleague.org. This marks the fourth season for Patriot League All-Access, which includes more than 100 men and women's basketball games and a variety of Patriot League Championship events. All-Access is powered by Microsoft's Silverlight technology, providing increased web browser compatibility and a user-friendly, state-of-the-art interface. Those that do not have Silverlight on their computers will be required to perform a quick one-time download before accessing the video player. The rate of $7.95 will cover any Patriot League Championship that is broadcast on All-Access during the month of November.
The Patriot League Field Hockey Championship begins on Friday from American's William I. Jacobs Recreational Complex. No. 4 Lehigh is at No. 1 American in the first semifinal at 11 a.m., followed by No. 3 Lafayette against No. 2 Bucknell in the second matchup at 1:30 p.m. The winners meet for the League title on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
The Patriot League Women's Soccer Championship will be played on Friday and Sunday at Colgate's Van Doren Field. In Friday's semifinals, No. 4 Navy is at the No. 1 seed and host Colgate at 5 p.m., and No. 3 Bucknell takes on No. 2 American in the nightcap at 7:30 p.m. The Patriot League Championship will be played on Sunday at 1 p.m.
