Field Hockey Prepares for Patriot League Tournament

EASTON, Pa. - The No. 3 seed Lafayette field hockey team faces off against second-seed Bucknell on Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Patriot League Tournament semifinals, hosted by American in Washington D.C. The game can be seen live on LSN All-Access. Lafayette is making its fourth consecutive appearance in the Patriot League Tournament. The Leopards have qualified for the Patriot League Tournament 13 times and have won the title seven times. Bucknell defeated Lafayette, 4-2, last season in the Patriot League Tournament, advancing to the finals against defending champion, American. American walked away with the championship for the sixth time, beating Bucknell 5-2. The winner of Friday's game will advance to compete against either No. 1 American or No. 4 Lehigh in the championship game on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. All games will be played at the William I. Jacobs Recreational Complex in Washington D.C.
