CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Army won its sixth in a row and Navy its third straight in the only action involving Patriot League teams on Tuesday night.

Kelsey Minato reached double digits again with a game-high 16 points and Brianna Johnson poured in a career-best 13 as Army dominated most facets of a 73-48 victory against Morgan State. The Black Knights (6-1), who haven't lost since a defeat at St. Francis Brooklyn in the season opener, also received 11 points and six rebounds from Jen Hazlett, eight points and eight boards from Olivia Schretzman and 10 points off the bench from Danielle Failor. Army, which never trailed, scored 14 of the game's first 16 points in the first 5:44 and was up 32-10 with 7:21 until halftime. After Morgan State cut the deficit to 34-21 at the intermission, the Black Knights opened the second with a 12-0 run to erase any doubt. Army won the battle on the glass 46-30 and held Morgan State to just seven first-half field goals. The Black Knights pulled away shooting nearly 52 percent in the second half.

Navy (7-2) used a late 9-0 run to pull away from Mount St. Mary's 63-55 at Alumni Hall on Tuesday night. Kara Pollinger scored the last two of her 17 points to snap a 52-all tie with 3:38 left in the game, while Alix Membreno added the next four points to help the build the lead to six. Pollinger, who finished with a double-double with 10 rebounds, added three assists and shot 7-of-15 from the field, as did Membreno, who scored a game-high 19 with nine rebounds. The Mids shot just 9-of-29 in the first half, with Audrey Bauer's trey giving them a 24-23 lead heading into halftime. Pollinger converted a layup to put Navy ahead 48-39 midway through the second before the Mount went on an 11-2 run to tie the game at 50 with 5:47 to play. The teams traded buckets before Pollinger ignited Navy's decisive run.

Wednesday's slate is a busy one with five games scheduled. Holy Cross hosts Northeastern in a 5 p.m. tip on Patriot League Network to start off the night before four other tilts get underway at 7 p.m., with Colgate entertaining Drexel, Bucknell home for Towson, American visiting Hampton and Boston University traveling to Massachusetts. Bucknell's and Colgate's home games will also air on PLN.
