Bucknell forward Cosima Higham doesn't come from a traditional sports-minded family. Both of the sophomore's parents work in theater in New York City -- her mother is a costume designer and her father is a lighting designer.
Nevertheless, they knew what to do with their tall daughter.
"They said, `Well, we have this tall daughter so we should put her in sports,'" related Higham. "I played every sport that I could possibly play and then slowly, like a pyramid, it came down to basketball."
But the Brooklyn native didn't turn her back on her family's artistic leanings, she also pursued art in high school.
