EASTON, Pa. -
Senior women's basketball player Danielle Jenkins has been spending her summer in Easton conducting research with Lisa Gabel, assistant professor of psychology.
Jenkins, an EXCEL scholar, is working in the labs to learn how brain disorders in mice are related to those in humans. The Shirley, N.Y. native has plans to attend graduate school following her senior year with an interest in pharmacy or continuing her work in the field of psychology. Jenkins has already completed an independent study on the early recognition of autism in infants and young children.
