No. 3 Holy Cross 65, No. 7 Lehigh 62 (OT) Box Score
No. 3 Holy Cross pulled away with a 65-62 overtime victory versus No. 7 Lehigh on Sunday in the second semifinal of the day in Patriot League Tournament action. The Crusaders improved to 14-17 on the season, while Lehigh heads home 11-19.
With just eight seconds left in regulation, Holy Cross' Kaitlin Foley netted a hook shot to tie up the game 54-54. The extra session saw the game tied twice, with Lehigh going up with 47 seconds remaining on an Alex Ross jumper, but made free throws by Briana McFadden and Brittany Keil sealed the win for the Crusaders.
Foley and Bethany O'Dell each led the Crusaders with 16 points. Foley went 8-for-15 from the floor, while O'Dell sunk four from beyond the arc. Keil also reached double-digit scoring with 14 points, while McFadden dished out a game-high 10 assists.
For Lehigh Adrienne Blount notched her second double-double of the tournament with 10 points and 12 boards. Ross led the Mountain Hawks in scoring with 18 points, while Sara Ellis chipped in 11.
No. 3 Holy Cross will host No. 4 American in the Patriot League Tournament Championship Game on Wednesday, March 7 at the Hart Center in Worcester, Mass. The game will tip off at 6 p.m. and will be televised on ESPNU with Bob Socci calling the action and Leah Secondo providing color analysts.

* The Hart Center will host the Patriot League Tournament Championship Game for the 11th time.
* Holy Cross Head Coach Bill Gibbons improves to 34-6 (.850) in Patriot League Tournament games.
* Lehigh senior Sara Ellis ended her career with totals of 1,342 points, 369 assists and 238 3-pointers made. Her career treys total rank second all-time in Patriot League history.
* Adrienne Blount closed out her career as a Mountain Hawks with 614 rebounds.
