CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Army sophomore guard Kelsey Minato and Bucknell freshman forward Claire DeBoer earned Patriot League Anaconda Women's Basketball weekly awards on Monday after leading their teams to a pair of victories last week.
Minato had a career-high 32 points in a 72-45 win over Boston University on Wednesday and tallied 18 in a 56-45 overtime triumph against Loyola Maryland on Saturday to earn her fourth Anaconda Player of the Week award of the season. DeBoer was named Anaconda Rookie of the Week for the sixth time after a pair of solid efforst, including a 17-point, nine-rebound game against Lehigh on Wednesday.
Honorable mention status went to Lafayette junior forward Emily Homan, Bucknell senior guard Shelby Romine, American junior guard Jen Dumiak and Holy Cross senior guard Alex Smith.

Anaconda Player of the Week
KELSEY MINATO, ARMY So., G, 5-8; Huntington Beach, Calif.
Minato scored a career-high 32 points in Wednesday's win over Boston University and followed it up with 18 as Army outlasted Loyola Maryland in overtime on Saturday to push its win streak to four games. She made 12-of-22 field goals, including 6-of-8 from three-point range, and also dished out four assists as Army beat the Terriers 72-45 on Wednesday. The Black Knights went to overtime with Loyola for the second time this year, and again emerged with a win as Minato played all 45 minutes and finished with a game-high 18 points in the 56-45 triumph. She went 6-of-6 at the foul line and scored seven of Army's 14 points in the overtime. Minato's streak of double-figure scoring games is now up to 37. She is named Patriot League Anaconda Player of the Week for the fourth time this season.
Anaconda Rookie of the Week
EMILY HOMAN, LAFAYETTE Jr., F, 6-3; Upper Darby, Pa.
CLAIRE DeBOER, BUCKNELL Fr., F, 6-1; Grosse Pointe, Mich.
DeBoer is named Patriot League Anaconda Rookie of the Week for the sixth time this season and fourth in the last five weeks after helping the Bison to a pair of victories. She played a key role in Wednesday's 82-68 win over Lehigh by just missing a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds in the contest. DeBoer put up four points, seven rebounds and five assists to help the Bison past Colgate 64-54 on Saturday. She has scored in double figures in eight of 17 starts this season.
Homan had a monster game with 26 points and 16 rebounds in a 90-75 win at Colgate on Wednesday, and hit the game-winning basket with six seconds left while totaling 11 points as Lafayette gave Navy its first Patriot League loss in a 70-69 final on Saturday.
SHELBY ROMINE, BUCKNELL Sr., G, 5-9; Centreville, Va.
Romine had two huge games last week with 28 points, six assists and four steals in an 82-68 win over Lehigh on Wednesday and 12 points, 11 boards and six assists in a 64-54 triumph over Colgate on Saturday.
JEN DUMIAK, AMERICAN Jr., G, 5-10; Carlsbad, Calif.
Dumiak averaged 15.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Eagles.
ALEX SMITH, HOLY CROSS Sr., G, 5-8; Delran, N.J.
Smith averaged 16.0 points, 6.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds as the Crusaders split a pair of games.
