CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Lafayette junior Emily Homan and Loyola University Maryland freshman Lisa Mirarchi earned Patriot League Anaconda Women's Basketball weekly awards on Monday for their performance in games from Jan. 20-26.

Homan averaged 27.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in two games for the Leopards, while Mirarchi put up 13.0 points, 5.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds in a pair of contests for the Greyhounds.

Honorable mention status went to Army sophomore guard Kelsey Minato, Bucknell junior forward Audrey Dotson, Navy senior guard Alix Membreno and Boston University senior forward Rashidat Agboola.

Anaconda Player of the Week
EMILY HOMAN, LAFAYETTE Jr., F, 6-3; Upper Darby, Pa./Delaware County Christian
Homan filled it up to the tune of 27.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Leopards. She opened with a dominant performance in a 75-68 loss at Holy Cross on Wednesday, scoring a career-high 32 points on 15-of-21 shooting and pulling down 13 rebounds in the contest. Homan also led the way as Lafayette routed rival Lehigh 73-51 on Saturday by scoring 23 points while making 8-of-16 shots and all five free throws. She shot 23-of-37 (69.2%) from the field for the week. Homan raised her scoring average 1.5 points in the two games to 13.9 per game for the season, and is second in the Patriot League at 55.4% from the field for the season. Homan earns her second Patriot League Anaconda Player of the Week award of the season, and third in her career.

Anaconda Rookie of the Week
LISA MIRARCHI, LOYOLA MARYLAND Fr., G, 5-8; West Chester, Pa./Villa Maria Academy
Mirarchi has scored in double figures for five consecutive games after hitting the mark twice last week while averaging 13.0 points per game. She tallied 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting, including 3-of-4 from three-point range, while dishing out five assists in a 67-60 loss to Bucknell on Wednesday. Mirarchi came back with 10 points and five assists to lead the Greyhounds to a 61-54 win at Colgate on Saturday. She averaged 5.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds for the week while shooting 8-of-15 (53.3%) from the field and 4-of-7 from three-point range. Mirarchi is named Patriot League Anaconda Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

KELSEY MINATO, ARMY So., G, 5-8; Huntington Beach, Calif./Huntington Beach
Minato scored 30 points in a 62-45 win over Colgate on Wednesday and added 14 in a 64-63 nail-biter over American on Saturday.

AUDREY DOTSON, BUCKNELL Jr., F, 6-1; Vienna, Va./Flint Hill School
Dotson had 28 points in a 67-60 win at Loyola on Wednesday and averaged 22.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in two games last week.

ALIX MEMBRENO, NAVY Sr., G, 5-9; Loxahatchee, Fla./Saint Pius X
Membreno averaged 17.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in a pair of wins for Navy last week.

RASHIDAT AGBOOLA, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., F, 6-1; Methuen, Mass./Methuen
Agboola had 25 points on 8-of-8 shooting and 9-of-11 at the foul line in an 86-58 win over Bucknell on Saturday, and in the process went over 1,000 points for her career.
