CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Navy senior Jade Geif and Bucknell freshman Claire DeBoer were each named Patriot League Anaconda Women's Basketball weekly award winners on Monday after leading their teams to a pair of victories last week.
Geif averaged 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds in Navy's victories, and put up a career-high 24 points as the Mids beat rival Army 74-64 in a first-place showdown on Saturday. DeBoer averaged 14.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in Bucknell's wins, and hit the game-tying three-pointer in the final seconds of regulation while scoring 20 points and grabbing 15 rebounds in an 83-79 overtime victory at Holy Cross on Saturday.
Honorable mention status went to Army senior Jen Hazlett, Bucknell junior Audrey Dotson, American junior Arron Zimmerman, Holy Cross sophomore Raquel Scott and Lafayette junior Emily Homan.

Anaconda Player of the Week
JADE GEIF, NAVY Sr., F, 6-0; Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville South
Geif put together a pair of dominant games as Navy posted two wins and now sits alone in first place in the Patriot League with a 4-0 mark. Geif opened the week with 14 points and 15 rebounds in a 70-50 triumph over Boston University on Wednesday, then put up a career-high 24 points to lead Navy to a 74-64 win over rival Army with first place in the Patriot League on the line. Geif averaged a double-double of 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds for the week. Geif's last rebound against Army was the 900th of her career, and she is now just 23 away from the school record. Geif is named Patriot League Anaconda Player of the Week for the first time this season and fifth in her career.
Anaconda Rookie of the Week
JEN HAZLETT, ARMY Sr., G/F, 5-11; Syracuse, Utah/Syracuse
CLAIRE DeBOER, BUCKNELL Fr., F, 6-1; Grosse Pointe, Mich./Grosse Pointe South
DeBoer earned her fourth Patriot League Anaconda Rookie of the Week honor of the season, and third in the past four weeks, after helping the Bison to a pair of victories in League play. She had nine points and four rebounds in a 75-72 triumph over Lafayette on Wednesday, then exploded for 20 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Bison to an 83-79 overtime victory at Holy Cross on Saturday. DeBoer hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to send the game to the extra session, then scored four points in overtime as Bucknell dealt Holy Cross its first Patriot League loss of the season. DeBoer has dominated Patriot League play with 15.5 points and 11.3 rebounds in four games, and is at 10.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game for the season.
Hazlett averaged 22.5 points and 9.0 rebounds as Army split a pair of contests last week.
AUDREY DOTSON, BUCKNELL Jr., F, 6-1; Vienna, Va./Flint Hill School
Dotson averaged 18.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists in two wins for the Bison.
ARRON ZIMMERMAN, AMERICAN Jr., F, 6-0; Wayside, N.J./Saint John Vianney
Zimmerman put up 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in two victories for the Eagles.
RAQUEL SCOTT, HOLY CROSS So., F, 6-0; Ridgewood, N.J./Immaculate Heart Academy
Scott had 16 points in both games last week, and also totaled 16 rebounds in Wednesday's 70-65 win at Colgate.
EMILY HOMAN, LAFAYETTE Jr., F, 6-3; Upper Darby, Pa./Delaware County Christian
Homan averaged 17.5 points and shot 57.1% from the field in a 1-1 week for the Leopards.
