CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League honored Army sophomore Kelsey Minato with the Rockin' Refuel® Performance of the Week award after she scored a combined 50 points in a pair of Black Knight wins last week.

Minato saved her best performance for Sunday at Loyola, as she netted a career-high 29 points on 10-of-22 from the floor and 5-of-6 from the foul line to help Army erase a 10-point halftime deficit, force overtime and eventually pull out the 66-62 win over the Greyhounds. Minato scored 19 in the second half, including a pair on the game-tying jumper with 21 seconds left in regulation, before finishing overtime on a personal 6-0 run with the game-winning basket and two insurance free throws to cap off the win. In Thursday's 66-49 win over Lafayette, Minato sank a program-record 14 free throws on 15 chances and finished with 21 points.

The sophomore guard leads the League in scoring at 20.1 points per game, and she is tops in the League in made 3-pointers with 38 and free throws with 73. She also is fourth in the nation in free-throw shooting percentage at 93.6 percent.

Minato joined Patriot League correspondent Melanie Pellowski via Skype to discuss her performance and more in this Rockin' Refuel® interview.
