Center Valley, Pa. - Patriot League supporters can add one more election to their ballot, and they still have two more weeks to cast their votes. Navy's Lizzie Barnes is one of 10 finalists for the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award in women's soccer, while Army's A.J. Glubzinski is a finalist in men's soccer. Fan voting counts for 1/3 of the total in each race, and fans can vote once a day by going to the Lowe's Senor CLASS Award website
Both Patriot League goalkeepers currently lead the fan balloting in their quest for the award. Barnes has received 22 percent of the vote in the women's soccer race, giving her a nine percent advantage over her closest competitors. Glubzinski has captured 24 percent of the Lowe's men's soccer vote, and holds a slight edge over two other candidates that have also surpassed 20 percent of the vote.
Fan online voting runs until November 19. The fan balloting will be combined with votes from coaches and media to determine the recipient of the award.
At the newly designed Lowe's Senior CLASS Award website, fans can view the latest news and information on all of the award candidates, as well as capsules and profiles.

Navy's Evan Barnes won the inaugural Lowe's Senior CLASS Award in men's soccer last season. An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School, the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages those leaders to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact on their circle of influence. This marks the second year for both soccer divisions.
Lizzie Barnes has led Navy to the No. 1 seed in this weekend's Patriot League Women's Soccer Tournament, which will be held in Annapolis beginning on Friday when the Mids play Colgate. Glubzinski and the Black Knights close out their 2008 campaign against Navy on Friday.
