WORCESTER, Mass. - The College of the Holy Cross has named John Trice as an assistant men's soccer coach, as announced by head coach Elvis Comrie and Athletic Director Richard M. Regan, Jr.

A 2004 graduate of James Madison, Trice was a four-year member of the soccer team. He was a team captain as a senior and a starting defensive center-midfielder as a junior and senior. Trice earned the Coaches Award for his junior and senior seasons, while he was a three-time Verizon Scholar Athlete. His team won the 2001 Colonial Athletic Association championship, while they earned a spot in the NCAA Tournament in 2000 and 2001. He was also a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.

Since 2004, Trice has been an assistant property manager / leasing consultant for Post Properties Inc, while also serving as trainer for Tamir Linhart Golden Boot Soccer in McLean, Va., and working as a soccer camp instructor at numerous soccer camps.
