CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – CBS Sports Network will televise at least 10 Patriot League men’s and women’s lacrosse contests during the 2013 season.

The men’s televised schedule begins Sunday, March 31, and it’s a big League matchup as Army heads to Andy Kerr Stadium in Hamilton, N.Y., to visit reigning Tewaaraton Award winner Peter Baum and Colgate at 12 p.m. Just under a week later, on Friday, April 5, Navy hosts in-state rival and national runner-up Maryland at 7 p.m. at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

A day later, CBS Sports Network will televise the rematch of the 2012 Patriot League championship game as Colgate heads to the Ulrich Sports Complex in Bethlehem, Pa., to visit Lehigh at 11 a.m. Lehigh came out victorious in the 2012 title game, and Colgate joined the Mountain Hawks in the NCAA Tournament two weeks later as an at-large team.

The next Patriot League contest to be televised is the annual meeting between academy rivals Army and Navy on Saturday, April 13 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at 2 p.m. One week later CBS Sports Network will televise an important contest on the final weekend of League play as Colgate welcomes Bucknell to Andy Kerr Stadium on Saturday, April 20 at 12 p.m.

For the fifth consecutive year, CBS Sports Network will televise all three games of the Patriot League Men’s Lacrosse Tournament, extending its stretch as the longest running men’s lacrosse conference tournament to be nationally televised in its entirety. The semifinals will take place Friday, April 26 at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., while the championship is set for Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. All three games will be hosted by the tournament’s No. 1 seed, which goes to the team with the best regular season record in League play.

The final men’s contest involving a Patriot League team on the CBS Sports Network schedule features Army hosting perennial power Johns Hopkins Friday, May 3 at Michie Stadium in West Point, N.Y. at 7:30 p.m.

In addition to the nine men’s games, the schedule features one women’s contest. Three-time defending Patriot League champion Navy welcomes national champion Northwestern to Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium Monday, March 11 at 4 p.m.
