Center Valley, Pa. - Navy placed a Patriot League-best 11 student-athletes on the 2007 All-Patriot League team, while both Bucknell and Colgate had six honorees. Rounding out the list were four student-athletes from Army and two from Lehigh.

Navy, the top-seed in the upcoming Patriot League Tournament, landed seven student-athletes on the First-Team All-Patriot League list, while four were named to the Second-Team. Representing the Mids at the attack position were senior Ian Dingman and junior Nick Mirabito. Dingman leads the Patriot League with 28 goals this season, 14 of which came in Patriot League play. Mirabito is tied with Dingman for the Navy lead in points (32) with 17 goals and 15 assists. Tewaaraton Finalist, senior Billy Looney, and classmate Tommy Wallin were both First-Team selections as midfielders. Looney has 15 goals and 12 assists for the season, while Wallin had 10 goals and six assists. With a .659 face-off percentage, which ranks second in the nation, senior William Wallace was named to the First-Team, having won 83-of-128 attempts. Wallace is tied for 16th among NCAA leaders in ground balls per game. Senior Victor Barger (defensive midfield specialist) and junior Jordan DiNola (defenseman) round out the Mids' First-Team selections - a team that ranks fifth in the nation in scoring defense. Dingman and Looney are both three-time All-Patriot League winners, while Wallace and DiNola are being honored for the second time in their careers.

Second-Team selections for Navy, the No. 10 team in the country, include freshman Basil Daratsos (midfielder), sophomore Geoff Leone (defensive midfield specialist), senior Andrew Dow (defenseman) and junior Brendan Teague (defenseman). Daratsos netted 14 goals and recorded two assists in his rookie campaign. Leone, Dow and Teague are all part of a Navy defensive unit that has limited opponents, five of which were nationally ranked, to under seven goals per game.

The 16th-ranked team in the country, Bucknell, had two First-Team All-Patriot League representatives and four on the Second-Team. Leading the way for the Bison was freshman attack Austin Winter. Winter not only topped all freshmen in points and assists but led the entire Patriot League with 46 points and 28 assists, while netting 18 goals. His points and assist averages rank him 23rd and tied for fifth in the nation, respectively. Sophomore Billy Haire was also given First-Team All-Patriot League recognition as a defenseman on a Bucknell team that held opponents to just six goals per contest.

Sophomore attack Joe Mele, sophomore midfielder Perry Menzies, senior defensive midfield specialist Steve Case and sophomore goalkeeper Nick Sciubba all earned Second-Team All-Patriot League status. Mele, who suffered a season-ending injury in March, posted 24 goals in just nine games, while Menzies contributed 18 goals and one assist. Case had a goal and six assists. Four-time Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week, Sciubba, is first in the nation in both goals against average (5.83) and save percentage (0.665).

For Colgate, sophomore Brandon Corp (attack), junior Matt Lalli (midfielder) and senior Colin Hulme (defenseman) all earned First-Team All-Patriot League honors. Corp was second in the Patriot League with 26 goals and added 12 assists for the third-best point total in the League (38). Lalli came in second in points (41) among Patriot League student-athletes with 18 goals and 23 assists, while his 1.77 assists per game is the 14th-best average in the nation. Hulme anchors a Colgate defense that ranks 16th in the country. All three of the Raiders' First-Team All-Patriot League selections are two-time honorees.

At the midfield position on the Second-Team, senior Brendan Hurley represents 19th-ranked Colgate, after scoring 32 points this season on 26 goals and six assists. Senior Chris Eck was recognized as a Second-Team All-Patriot League face-off specialist, owning a .646 (95-of-147) face-off percentage and scooping up 55 ground balls. Rounding out Colgate's Second-Team All-Patriot League selections is a member of its defense, senior John Dunn, who has played in all 13 of the Raiders' games this season.

Army placed junior Adam Fullerton on the First-Team All-Patriot League squad, while junior Justin Bokmeyer (midfielder), and juniors Jay Larson (defenseman) and Craig Massie (defenseman) were all named to the Second-Team. Fullerton is third in the nation in save percentage (.636) and seventh in goals against average (6.63). Bokmeyer scored 19 goals and dished out a team-best nine assists this season. Larson and Massie were key components in Army ranking seventh in the country in scoring defense, allowing just 6.50 goals per game.

Both of Lehigh's All-Patriot League selections, seniors Alec Hooff and Steve Marino, were named to the Second-Team as attackers. Marino totaled 33 on 15 goals and 18 assists, while Hooff netted 13 goals and registered 14 assists for 27 points. Hooff is being honored as an All-Patriot League member for the third time in his career, while Marino garnered his first All-Patriot League recognition in 2007.
