Center Valley, Pa. - With just three weeks remaining until the Patriot League Golf Championship, all seven teams are gearing up with multiple events to prepare before they come together at the Bucknell Golf Course on April 28-29.
It has been a light spring schedule through March and early April, with Navy senior Peter Reilly earning the Patriot League Golfer of the Month award for March with a standout performance at last weekend's Fireline Invitational.

Patriot League Teams face off before Championship
Championship Preview in September?
While the Patriot League Championship is coming soon, League squads will get a chance to see each other in action before the event on April 28-29. The first event of the spring with multiple Patriot League teams came over the weekend, where Navy was tied for third, Lafayette tied for seventh and Colgate tied for 19th at the 22-team Fireline Invitational. There will be more head-to-head action in the next three weeks, including Bucknell, Lafayette and Lehigh all playing the Lafayette Invitational on April 14-15 and that same trio and Colgate joining the host at the Navy Spring Invitational from April 21-22. Five other events include two Patriot League teams, and each of the seven squads will play at least one tournament with another League foe in the field.
Six of the League's seven teams have already played at Bucknell Golf Course this season when they took part in the Bucknell Invitational on Sept. 16-17. Army finished second overall and tops among the Patriot League teams in that field, and was followed closely by Lafayette (3rd), Bucknell (4th), Navy (5th), Lehigh (6th) and Colgate (8th) in the 13-team tournament.
