Center Valley, Pa. - Continuing the extensive coverage of the upcoming year, the Patriot League has put together team previews for all seven football teams heading into the 2011 season!
The previews cover each team's outlook on offense, defense and special teams, as well as a look at the 2011 schedule. Each also includes the team's pages from the Patriot League Football Media Guide and video or audio interviews conducted for Patriot League All-Access during Football Media Day.
The previews are the latest addition to Patriot League Football Central, the one-stop spot for all the latest news throughout the 2011 sesaon. Additional preseason information on the page includes the Patriot League composite schedule, media guide, record book and announced television schedule, a link to team information from the websites of all seven schools and coverage from Patriot League Football Media Day as well as additional media articles heading into the season.
The Patriot League Football season opens up on Sept. 1 when Holy Cross hosts Massachusetts at 8 p.m. on CBS Sports Network and Fordham visits Connecticut. The remaining teams open play two days later, with the first Patriot League contests set for Sept. 10 when Colgate visits Holy Cross and Lafayette heads to Georgetown.
