Colgate senior wide receiver Pat Simonds is one of the top NFL Draft prospects in the Football Championship Subdivision, and is among only a handful of FCS players heading to the East-West Shrine Game on Jan. 23. Simonds did an interview with NFL Draft Blitz last month.
