CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - A pair of close losses marked the second day of the Patriot League men's basketball season as Army surrendered a double-digit lead in a 76-65 loss to Air Force and Holy Cross fell to Texas-San Antonio 60-56.

The Black Knights led 47-32 early in the second half, but Air Force took over from there to win the opener of the All-Military Classic in Charleston, S.C. Air Force went ahead for good with 3:28 left and scored the final 13 points to overcome the Black Knights. Three Army players scored in double figures, led by Ella Ellis with 16 points.

One day after pulling out a close win in the opener of the Liberty Tax Classic, Holy Cross was on the other end of a tight contest in the 60-56 loss to Texas-San Antonio. Holy Cross fought back all game and had a chance to tie in the final seconds, but Justin Burrell's three-pointer was off the mark. Burrell led the Crusaders with 17 points, while Jordan Stevens added 14.

Each team continues its tournament action on Sunday, with Army facing VMI at 2 p.m. and Holy Cross playing Morgan State at 4:15 p.m. Navy also plays at home against Siena at 2 p.m., while Colgate is at Marquette at 4:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
