Heading into his junior season, a year removed from being named the Patriot League Player Year, Bucknell coach Dave Paulsen wanted Mike Muscala to go to the next level by becoming a dominant rebounder.

So Muscala went out and led the Patriot League in rebounding. Now the center wants to improve even more, which is very bad news for the rest of the league.

Muscala averaged 17 points and 9 rebounds a game as a junior and enters his final season in Lewisburg with 1,399 yards, 712 rebounds and 191 blocks in his career. He is already ninth in program history in scoring, just 574 points behind all-time record-holder Al Leslie's mark of 1,973 (Muscala scored 596 points in 2011-12). He is ninth in rebounds and second in blocked shots.

As dominant as Muscala was at times last season, he wants to be more dominant for longer stretches this season.
