CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Lafayette sophomore guard Seth Hinrichs and Army freshman guard Kyle Toth earned Patriot League Men's Basketball Anaconda weekly awards on Monday for their performances in games from Jan. 28-Feb. 3.
Hinrichs claims the Anaconda Player of the Week honor after averaging 21.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Leopards. Toth was named Anaconda Rookie of the Week for averaging 15.0 points as Army split a pair of contests last week.
Honorable mention status went to Bucknell senior center Mike Muscala, American senior forward Stephen Lumpkins, Lehigh junior guard Mackey McKnight and Army senior forward Ella Ellis.

Anaconda Player of the Week SETH HINRICHS, LAFAYETTESo., G, 6-7, 214; Clara City, Minn./Maccray
Hinrichs had two strong games for the Leopards last week, averaging 21.0 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 65 percent from the field and 60 percent from three-point range as Lafayette defeated Colgate on Wednesday and fell at American on Saturday. Hinrichs had 24 points on 8-of-10 shooting, including 5-of-7 from beyond the arc, and pulled down seven rebounds in a 69-40 win over Colgate on Wednesday. He then put in 18 points while making 5-of-10 field goals and 4-of-8 three-pointers and also pulled down eight rebounds in a 68-64 loss at American on Saturday. Hinrichs has scored in double figures in 13 of Lafayette's last 14 games, and has six 20-point games this season. He stands sixh in the Patriot League in scoring (14.7 ppg) and third in three-point percentage (43.8%). Hinrichs receives his first Patriot League Anaconda Player of the Week award after winning seven Rookie of the Week honors last season.
Anaconda Rookie of the Week KYLE TOTH, ARMYFr., G, 6-1, 175; Sunnyvale, Calif./Archbishop Mitty (USMAPS)
Toth claims his first Patriot League Anaconda Rookie of the Week award after averaging 15.0 points in two games for the Black Knights last week. He scored 10 on 4-of-7 shooting in an 80-66 victory at Holy Cross on Wednesday, then totaled 20 on 7-of-13 from the field and 4-of-9 from three-point range in an 85-76 loss at home against Lehigh on Sunday. He shot 55 percent (11-of-20) from the field and 42.9 percent (6-of-14) from three-point range for the week while also averaging 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists. Toth has scored in double figures in four straight games. He is Army's third different Patriot League Anaconda Rookie of the Week winner this year, following Dylan Cox and four-time recipient Kyle Wilson.
MIKE MUSCALA, BUCKNELLSr., C, 6-11, 239; Roseville, Minn./Roseville
Muscala leads the nation with 16 double-doubles after recording 16 points and 14 rebounds in a 56-55 win at American on Wednesday and totaling 11 points and a career-high tying 19 boards in a 69-54 win over Navy on Saturday. Muscala hit the game-winning shot at American with 0.8 seconds left as the Bison scored the last eight points in the final two minutes to earn the win. He averaged 13.5 points, 16.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.0 blocks for the week.
STEPHEN LUMPKINS, AMERICANSr., F, 6-8, 230; Redwood City, Calif./Junipero Serra
Lumpkins averaged 18.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in two games last week, with 24 points on 8-of-10 from the field and 8-of-9 at the line in a 68-64 win over Lafayette on Saturday.
MACKEY McKNIGHT, LEHIGHJr., G, 6-0, New Orleans, La./Langham Creek
McKnight averaged 14.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists in two wins for the Mountain Hawks, with a 21-point effort in an 85-76 triumph at Army on Sunday.
ELLA ELLIS, ARMYSr., F, 6-7, 195; Houston, Texas/Eisenhower (USMAPS)
Ellis had 23 points while making all 11 free-throw attempts in an 80-66 win at Holy Cross on Wednesday and averaged 18.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in two games last week.
