CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Dylon Cormier led the way and a cast of others followed to lift Loyola Maryland to a 77-63 win at home against Lafayette on Monday.
The contest was shown on CBS Sports Network and tipped off the Patriot League men's basketball schedule for the week. The slate continues with four games on Wednesday at 7 p.m. on Patriot League Network as Boston University hosts Colgate, Army welcomes Holy Cross, American visits Lehigh and Bucknell goes to Navy.

*Loyola took over in the second half to pull away for a 77-63 win over Lafayette on Monday evening on CBS Sports Network.
*The Greyhounds were down by two at the half, but took the lead for good with an 8-0 run early in the second half.
*Loyola later used an 8-1 run to push its lead into double digits at 60-49 with 9:15 to play.
*The Greyhounds led by at least nine points the rest of the way to go on to the 14-point win.
*Dylon Cormier notched his fourth double-double of the season with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
*He shot 11-of-15 from the field while scoring 20 points or more for the 12th time in 16 games.
*R.J. Williams also had a double-double with 12 points and a career-high 10 assists.
*Eric Laster added 14 points and Jordan Latham scored 12 for the Greyhounds.
*Loyola shot 28-of-51 from the field to hit 50% or higher for the second game in a row.
*The Greyhounds held a 38-23 rebounding advantage and held Lafayette to 20-of-49 from the field.
*Nick Lindner led the Leopards with 17 points, while Joey Ptasinski had 15 while making 5-of-8 three-pointers.
*Lafayette shot 13-of-25 from the field and 7-of-8 from long range in the first half, but just 7-of-24 and 2-of-8 from beyond the arc after intermission.
