Center Valley, Pa. - After one of the most competitive Patriot League seasons to date, Navy, Bucknell, Lafayette and Army have all qualified for the 2011 Baseball Tournament set to begin with the semifinals on the weekend of May 14-15.

The Mids and Black Knights clinched their berths on Saturday, while Lafayette and Bucknell made the field with wins over Navy and Army, respectively, in the openers of Sunday's doubleheaders.

The seeds came down to the final games on Sunday, with Navy beating Lafayette, 4-2, to grab the No. 1 spot and sole possession of the regular-season title with a 12-8 record in the Patriot League. Army took the No. 2 seed with a 7-4 victory at Bucknell to finish at 11-9, making Lafayette the No. 3 and Bucknell the No. 4 with identical 10-10 League records.

The Patriot League Baseball Tournament will begin with the semifinal round on May 14-15, with No. 4 Bucknell at No. 1 Navy and No. 3 Lafayette at No. 2 Army. The winners meet for the Patriot League Championship at the site of the higher seed the next weekend. All series are best-of-three with every game going the full nine innings.
