Patriot League Announces Baseball Academic Honor Roll
Army's Tyler Anderegg, the 2009 Patriot League Baseball Scholar-Athlete of the Year, is one of 54 baseball student-athletes named to this year's Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Anderegg earned a 3.69 GPA in the spring semester in his Life Science major at Army, and the Grand Junction, Colorado native will attend the Colorado School of Medicine following graduation. He was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in all four of his seasons, and was also tabbed an ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Second-Team Academic All-American this year.

Army's Henshaw, Moore Garner Baseball All-America Honors
Two of the players most responsible for leading Army's record-setting season have been recognized on the national level as standout designated hitter Joey Henshaw and stalwart shortstop Clint Moore were named to the 2009 American Baseball Coaches Association NCAA Division I All-America Team, it was announced on Monday.

Former Bucknell Baseball Player Mark Angelo Selected In Major League Baseball Draft
Mark Angelo, a 2008 graduate of Bucknell and a three-year member of the Bison baseball team, was selected by the Seattle Mariners with the second pick of the 44th round (pick 1,313) of the 2009 Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft on Thursday.

Three Army Players Earn National Baseball Accolades
Army baseball sophomores Joey Henshaw and Clint Moore and freshman Zach Price all received national honors recently. Henshaw was a second-team pick as a utility player on the ECAC All-Star Teams while Moore and Price earned accolades from Ping Baseball. Moore was an honorable mention choice at shortstop while Price was the third-team second baseman on the All-Freshman Teams.
