CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Lehigh senior Evans Kosgei was named the Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second time in his career, and he also was one of seven student-athletes named to the 2011 Academic All-Patriot League Team on Tuesday.
