American's Colin Eustis

Center Valley, Pa. - American's Colin Eustis, the 2010 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year in men's cross country, is one of 111 student-athletes named to this year's Academic Honor Roll.
Eustis, a business administration major who specializes in both accounting and international business, has a 3.56 GPA at American University. He is a six-time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selection. The Delhi, N.Y., native placed fourth at the 2010 Patriot League Championships at Lafayette College Oct. 30, setting a new personal record at 24:42 in the 8K.
He is one of 16 students from American to be named to the Academic Honor Roll. Bucknell led the League with 20 student-athletes being selected, followed by Lehigh (18). Navy landed 16 student-athletes on the honor roll, while Army and Lafayette each placed 11 student-athletes on the list. Colgate had 10 and Holy Cross had nine.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the semester of their sport's competition.
