Bethlehem, Pa. - The Brooks Paul Short Run took place on the Goodman Campus and the Lafayette women finished in 35th place while the men placed 31st. The Lafayette women finished the day with 875 points with an average time of 22:41. While the Lafayette men finished with 678 points and an average time of 26:43.

Junior Margaret Bruno-Metzger was the top finisher on the women's side as she crossed in 22:03 to place 109th while senior Rose Kennedy finished a second behind at 22:04. For the men, junior Ryan Stasiowski placed seventh in a time of 25:21.

The women's team champion was West Virginia with 105 points, while Wayne State University claimed the top spot in the men's race with 184 points.

Lafayette will host the Leopard Invitational on Oct. 17 at 10 a.m.
