CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — The Patriot League honored Navy senior thrower Zack Duncavage with the Rockin' Refuel® Performance of the Week award after he led the Midshipmen to the 2014 Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship Saturday in Annapolis, Md.

Duncavage was selected as the Patriot League Outdoor Field Athlete of the Meet for the first time in his career. Duncavage had a strong second day at the Championship meet, winning the shot put with a trhow of 54-5½ and the discus with a distance of 181-9. He finished third in the hammer throw with a personal-best mark of 189-5. All three performances qualified for the IC4A Championship. Duncavage will look to improve on both his discus and hammer throw marks next weekend at the 2014 IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Princeton, N.J.

The Navy senior joined the Patriot League Network to talk about his championship performance in this Rockin’ Refuel feature.
