EASTON, Pa. - Andrew Morris was victorious at No. 5 singles, but the Lafayette men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 contest against Bucknell on Sunday at Sullivan Courts.

The Leopards drop to 5-10 in dual matches and 1-4 in Patriot League competition.

Morris’ match against Jonathan DeFrancesch went the distance and needed a second set tiebreak, but the senior prevailed with a 1-6, 7-6 (6), 6-2 win. Freshman Brandon Goldstein’s third singles match also went three sets, but he ultimately fell 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.

The Leopards return to action on April 21, when they travel to Bronx, N.Y. to play Fordham in non-conference competition.
