CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — The Patriot League honored Navy sophomore swimmer Tom Duvall with the Rockin' Refuel® Performance of the Week award after he helped the Midshipmen win their 11th straight Patriot League Swimming and Diving Championship.

Duvall finished as the 2014 Patriot League Swimmer of the Meet, winning the 200-, 500- and 1,650-yard freestyle races. He finished first in the 200 with a time of 1:35.32, setting a new League and meet record and meeting the NCAA B-cut qualification. He set League, meet and pool records in the 500, finishing in a time of 4:15.86, just 0.57 seconds off an NCAA A-cut time. In the 1,650, he finished in 15:00.99, well ahead of the competition.

Duvall joined Patriot League Network correspondent Melanie Pellowski via Skype to talk about his team’s championship and his three individual titles in this Rockin’ Refuel interview.
