If you go to YouTube and search for David Magaro, not only will a handful of diving videos appear, but a number of entertaining clips of him performing numerous flips, jumps and spins with his body off roofs, playground equipment and ledges will show up. Words cannot describe how impressive some of the body movements are. But, even with no water or Speedos in sight, it can easily be seen why he is already one of the best divers in Bucknell history. James Lascara: Leading From The Front
It is through our past experiences that we are able to better handle adversity. That was the case with Navy swimmer James Lascara as he warmed up for the start of the 2009 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship. Something just didn't feel right with him as he swam that late February day in Harvard's Blodgett Pool. Worse, it was the same feeling he had one year earlier in the same pool as he prepared for the Eastern Intercollegiate Swimming League Championship. MORE [+]

Lundgaard moves East to coach swimmers at West Point
In addition to setting school records, qualifying for the Olympic Trials and being named academic all-conference each year, Lundgaard was voted "Most Inspirational" by his teammates three times during his four years as a Husky. Earlier this month, the Boulder City High graduate made the cross-country move to West Point, N.Y., taking a position as assistant swimming coach with the Army Black Knights. MORE [+]
