Holy Cross Names Sean Kearney Head Men's Basketball Coach
The College of the Holy Cross has named Sean Kearney as its new head men's basketball coach, as announced by athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr. Kearney becomes the 15th head coach in the history of the program, replacing Ralph Willard who resigned last month. This is the first collegiate head coaching position of Kearney's career.
"I am honored and thrilled to become the head basketball coach at the Holy Cross," said Kearney.

Men's Basketball Press Conference To Be Broadcast On The Internet
The College of the Holy Cross will hold a press conference at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2009, to introduce its new head men's basketball coach. The press conference can be heard live over the internet through www.SportJuice.com.
Fans can submit questions to be asked at the press conference. Please include your first name and hometown along with your question in order for it to be considered.

Summer 2009 Crusader Nation Magazine Now Available
The Crusader Athletics Fund is wrapping up a successful third year of annual fundraising. As of June 25, the program has raised more than $500,000 from more than 1,400 donors. If you would like to contribute and be counted as a donor this year, you have until Tuesday, June 30 to do so. You may do so by clicking on the Holy Cross Athletics Fund link on the main page of the athletics web site and following the on-screen instructions. Holy Cross Women's Basketball Names Mike Roux Assistant Coach
Holy Cross head women's basketball coach Bill Gibbons and athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr. announced today the hiring of Mike Roux as an assistant coach for the women's basketball program. "We are thrilled to have Mike on board," said Gibbons. "I have known him since he coached at my camps as a young coach; he has an excellent reputation as a recruiter and as an excellent coach. We feel Mike will be a tremendous asset to our basketball program." Roux joins the Crusaders after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Southern New Hampshire University
