Former Swimming Student-Athlete Kyle Taylor to Swim the English Channel
Former American University swimmer Kyle Taylor '06 is getting set to embark on a journey of a lifetime. Later this week, the 25-year-old will swim 22 miles across the English Channel. His motivation is to raise funds for Harvey Parry, a four-year old boy who in need of new legs. Since graduating from AU with dual degrees in International Relations and International Business, Harvey has been studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Six Eagles Competing for Regional Women's Soccer Championships
The American University women's soccer team will have six student-athletes participating in the upcoming Region 1 Club Regional Championships from July 2-7 in Barboursville, W.Va. Each of the six AU student-athletes won State Cup titles with their club teams this summer, which advanced their squads to the Regional Championships.
