From the North: Take the Saw Mill River Parkway to the Mosholu Parkway to
Exit 8W (Bronx River Parkway). Use Exit 7W (Fordham Rd.) to Fordham's
Southern (Kazimiroff) Blvd. entrance.
From the West: Cross the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx
Expressway. Take Exit 4B (N) to the Bronx River Parkway. Exit at 7W (Fordham
Rd.). Follow "from the North" directions at this point.
From the Southeast: Throgs Neck Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Exit
at the Bronx River Parkway and follow the directions above.

From Washington (Northwest, Bethesda) -
Take Wisconsin Avenue M Street and make a right. Go straight past the Key Bridge as M Street changes to Canal road (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.). After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 miles from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
From Washington (Downtown Washington, DC) -
Take M Street until it changes to Canal Road (you will pass an EXXON gas station on the right) or the Whitehurst Freeway to the end and make a left at the EXXON station. After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 miles from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
Maryland - From the West (Frederick, Md. & Western Pennsylvania) -
Take Route 70 South to Washington, DC to Route 270 South-Washington, DC. Follow 270 to 495 South (Capital Beltway) towards Northern, Virginia. Take the George Washington Parkway. You will travel approximately eight miles. Take the Key Bridge exit. At the yield sign make a right on to the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a left at the light on to M Street. Go through one stoplight as M Street changes to Canal road. (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.) After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 miles from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
Maryland - From the North (Baltimore, Md. & Philadelphia, Pa. & New York, N.Y.) -
Take 95 South to 495 West (Capital Beltway) towards Silver Spring, MD. Stay on 495 to Northern Virginia. Take the George Washington Parkway. You will travel approximately eight miles. Take the Key Bridge exit. At the yield sign make a right on to the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a left at the light on to M Street. Go through the stoplight and M Street will change to Canal Road. Go through the light as M Street changes to Canal Road. (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.) After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 mile from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
Maryland - From Annapolis -
Take 50 West to New York Avenue to 395 South (Richmond) Left exit. From 395 take the Rosslyn, VA exit. Follow the signs to the Key Bridge. Make a right on North Lynne street and follow to the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a left on to M Street. Go through one light and M Street will change into Canal Road. (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.) After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 mile from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
Virginia - From the South (Alexandria, Va. & Richmond, Va.) -
Take 395 North to the Washington Boulevard/Pentagon/Arlington Cemetery exit and follow signs to Route 50 Rosslyn, VA. Make a right on to N. Lynne drive. Go through five stoplights and over the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a left at the light on to M Street. Go through one light as M Street changes to Canal road. (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.) After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 mile from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
Virginia - From Northern Virginia (Tyson's Corner & Reston) -
Take Route 66 East towards Washington, DC. Take the Key Bridge exit. Make a right on to the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a left at the light on to M Street. Go through the one light as M street changes to Canal road. (You will pass an EXXON gas station on the right.) After you pass the gas station, make the first right about 1/4 mile from the station. Make the next right into the Southwest Quadrangle parking garage. Multi-Sport Field is directly north of the Southwest Quad.
