What We Offer
Patriot League Identity
The Patriot League Corporate Partner Program is designed to enhance the following:
- Positive brand image advertising
- Critical market penetration
- National/Regional business traffic and sales
- New product/service introduction
- Client and/or employee entertainment
The Patriot League offers a multi-game national television broadcast package for Patriot League basketball. The package features numerous regular-season and tournament men's and women's games. The Women's Championship contest is part of the Patriot League basketball television package with the Men's Championship airing nationally on ESPN's family of networks. Advertising opportunities (30-second spots) on the Patriot League television package present themselves to corporate partners interested in reaching a broad audience. Each telecast offers commercial advertising opportunities for businesses to feature their message(s) to not only a Patriot League audience, but also to a collegiate sports viewing population in the Mid-Atlantic and New England Region. Above the partnership package, a sponsor has the option to purchase additional commercial units during each game.
Patriot League Digital Network (Patriot League All-Access)
In 2007, the Patriot League began a broadband initiative for its men and women's basketball teams. Nearly every Patriot League basketball game and a variety of League championships are available through the Internet (live and on-demand).
National Television Packages
Television advertising opportunities are extended to corporate partners for sponsorship of specific segments of the game-day broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
Patriot League Game Programs
The Official Souvenir Program is a must for any basketball fan during Tournament Week. A corporate partner can receive exposure with the following:
- Name and logo in color on the front cover
- Inside front cover/Inside back cover/Back cover four-color advertising option
- One full-page welcome letter or corporate message (black and white)
The Patriot League also produces a championship program for all League-sponsored Championships. The basketball program is used for all Patriot League Championship Tournament games, which is played at campus sites throughout the tournament. With both the men and women's tournament format, an official souvenir program may be sold at almost all eight-member institution campus, which enhances the exposure for a corporate partner.
At each Patriot League Championship, a corporate partner may receive various public address announcements and acknowledgements. These announcements will reach fans, families, institutional representatives and others. It is a great way to get your message across to a captive and attentive audience. Over the course of the academic and athletic year, every institution hosts at least one championship, providing the Corporate Partner the opportunity to reach audiences in eight geographic regions.

The Presidents' Cup is awarded annually to the institution that accumulates the highest point total over the course of the academic-athletic year. Points are awarded based upon tournament finishes by each institution, or if there is no post-season tournament in a particular sport (football does not contest a League championship) then points are awarded based upon the regular- season standings. Institutions that do not compete in Patriot League competition within a particular sport do not receive any points for that sport. The standings are announced three times a year (November, March and May).
Annually, the Patriot League selects the top scholar-athlete from each of the 23 League-sponsored sports. To be eligible, an athlete must be at least a sophomore, be a starter or key reserve in a varsity sport and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher.
