The 2012 Patriot League Softball Tournament was held at Lehigh's Kaufman Field over three days. In the end it was the host Mountain Hawks who claimed their second straight and 12th overall softball championship, and did so in record fashion by becoming the first League team never to allow a run in the tournament. Hurler Rebecca Bliss was named Tournament MVP for the second year in a row. Lehigh finished the year with 40 victories and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
