The 2013 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Tournament will be held at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on April 26 and 28, with Navy, American, Holy Cross and Lafayette in the field. The three-time defending champion Mids hold the top seed and will play No. 4 Lafayette on April 26 at 5 p.m., with No. 3 Holy Cross facing No. 2 American at 7:45 p.m. The winners face off for the 2013 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Championship on April 28 at Noon. The entire tournament will be streamed live on Patriot League All-Access.
