The 2012 Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Championship was held at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, with Navy playing as the host and No. 1 seed. Semifinal games took place on Friday, April 27, with top seed Navy defeating No. 4 American 14-7 and third seed Holy Cross edging No. 2 Colgate 13-12. The Mids beat the Crusaders 18-11 in the Championship game on April 29 for their third consecutive title and earned the Patriot League's spot in an NCAA Play-In game. The entire tournament was streamed live on Patriot League All-Access.
