2015 Patriot League Women's Basketball Championship

American University won its first Patriot League Women's Basketball Tournament title in program history with a 66-50 over No. 6 Lehigh on March 14, 2015 at Bender Arena in a game televised on the CBS Sports Network. The Eagles, the top seed for the postseason, advanced to the title game with a 79-56 win over No. 8 Lafayette in the quarterfinal round and a 60-53 win over No. 5 Navy in the semifinals. Lehigh reached the championship game with 75-62 win at No. 3 Holy Cross and a 76-57 victory at No. 2 Army. As the automatic qualifier from the Patriot League, American qualified for the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament field for the first time.
