The 2007 Patriot League Men's Lacrosse Championship will be held at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Semifinal games will take place on Friday, April 27 with the No. 1 seed facing the No. 4 seed and the No. 2 seed facing the No. 3 seed. The championship game will be played on Sunday, April 29 with the winner earning the Patriot League's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
