The 2007 Patriot League Men's Basketball Tournament is a full-field event that will be held on campus sites. Quarterfinal games will be played on Wednesday, February 28 at the top-four seeds. Semifinal games will be played on Sunday, March 4 at the highest remaining seeds. The Patriot League Men's Basketball Tournament Championship Game will be played on Friday, March 9 at the site of the highest remaining seed and will be televised on ESPN2.
