CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Thursday’s women’s soccer match between Colgate University and Fairleigh Dickinson will be the first Patriot League Network (PLN) game to air on
Sling TV, after PLN partner
Campus Insiders was launched on Sling TV Wednesday. Coverage of the Raiders and Knights women’s soccer match from Beyer-Small ’76 Field begins at 7 p.m. EST.
The match will be one of approximately 30 live events that will air on Sling TV during the month of September.
The League and Campus Insiders will provide Sling TV with a series of firsts. The first volleyball match to air on Sling TV will feature Brown at Holy Cross on Friday, September 2. The men’s soccer debut on Sling TV will see George Washington at Loyola Maryland on Wednesday, September 7 and the first football game on Sling TV will be on Saturday, September 10 when Fordham hosts Elizabeth City State University.
“We’re excited to have the ability to showcase Patriot League sports through Sling TV,” Commissioner Jennifer Heppel said. “This opportunity will help us feature more of our Olympic sports to a larger viewing audience.”
